We follow a specific process that allows us the opportunity to help our clients in a
comprehensive manner. For most engagements initially we perform a Needs Analysis. We envision the Needs Analysis to be a “springboard” for establishing
our relationship serving the client. The Needs Analysis will establish a baseline for the existing environment and costs/efficiencies associated with such, planning
and delivery for near term phases that are important to the client and their senior management, and a timeline with reasonable expectations for such phases. The
Network Procurement Phase will then develop specifications, the Request For Information (RFI), and vendor comparisons of equipment components for
recommendations, along with a time line and workplan for implementation.
